Maximised performance and productivity
KATCH is designed to meet the requirements of winegrowers looking to maximise their work rate while reducing downtime. Its 1,500-litre main tank (1,700 litres overflow), combined with a 150-litre rinse tank, enables extended sessions without the need for frequent refilling. The unique design of the tank, with a diamond-shaped sump, ensures homogeneous mixing and efficient use, even with powders.
With a working speed of up to 9 km/h and an approved (french regualtion) road speed of 40 km/h, KATCH enables you to cover large areas quickly while ensuring precise spraying. What’s more, it can be completely cleaned in just 30 minutes, freeing up time for other essential tasks. The sprayer’s exceptional manoeuvrability, thanks to its articulated chassis and short 75° steering angle, makes it ideal for the most complex vineyards.
Advanced technology for unrivalled user comfort
The KATCH puts technology at the heart of the user experience. Thanks to the all-electric E-SELECT implementation, all the key functions, such as agitation management, the various rinsing modes and section shut-off, can be accessed directly from the cab via the Ec-Tronic Plus terminal. For even greater comfort, the E-Pilot joystick gives you precise control of the booms and automatic systems, so you don’t have to get out of the cab, to work with peace of mind!
The patented X’Pulse system considerably improves ergonomics and ease of maintenance. It automatically ejects debris accumulated on the grids of the collection bins, so ther eis no need to get out of the vehicle during operations. This innovation, coupled with the boom adjustment and ground tracking options, ensures perfect adaptation to vineyard conditions.
These intuitive, user-friendly technologies not only save time, but also significantly reduce fatigue, enabling winegrowers to concentrate fully on the quality of their work.
Respect for the environment and sustainable savings
KATCH embodies a strong commitment to the environment. Thanks to Air Drive technology, the spray panels create complete confinement of the flow, limiting drift losses. This precision allows a drastic reduction in phytosanitary inputs, up to 90% depending on the vegetative stage. The products recovered from the panels are filtered, stored and then reused, increasing the autonomy of the equipment and reducing costs for the operator.
KATCH is ZNT-approved and designed to minimise its impact on the soil, with wide tyres to reduce compaction. Its light weight helps to preserve the soil while offering excellent stability. This combination of economy, efficiency and environmental friendliness makes KATCH a first-rate choice for winegrowers concerned about the future of their vineyards.
